Pure: Socialism/Communism = Autocracy; Capitalism/[absolut] Democracy = Chaos!

9 Dec

Socialism a system where the government owns all, and has rules about almost any human endeavor, is an autocratic system that does not allow individuals to exercise any control over their own lives.
Capitalism, carried to the extreme, allow individual to act with no common control with other persons, allow for one individual to exploit any other without repercussions.

Zimmerman a wild-man, not a racist! In US race constitutes an ugly political agenda!

Zimmerman a wild-man, not a racist! In US race constitutes an ugly political agenda!

When Oprah Winfrey endorsed Barak Obama for President she transformed the Presidential race into racially driven political contest. President Obama was elected because he is [half] an African-American, not on his merit!
Leaders of the black community, such as Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and many ultra liberal activist are continuing to maintain pressure on the rest of society by selectively choosing situations where they can make it appear that African-Americans are kept from functioning like other Americans due to bigotry, even when it a case of incompetence.
Most recently Oprah Winfrey use her visible national state suggested that President Obama’s failing Presidency was because of his race she unraveled a festering and very dangerous split in the country. Oprah’s words reflect the attitude that is prevalent on the political left, blame failure on race, and in the case of a failing Obama Administration attribute off the “tea Party” and Republicans who are racist.
The George Zimmeramn, Tryvon Martin situation is a case in point. George Zimmeraman, as his behavior since the trial demonstrates, is a violent out of control individual, as his wife said, he is “a wild man!” George Zimmerman killed Tryvon Martin because it is thew kind of thing a man like him does, it had nothing to do with Martin’s race…
The left activists in the country identified the Zimmerman as a race case and are insisting on Eric Holder calling this a hate crime so that the race issue remain in the headlines. Since President Obama is totally inept at actually performing his duties, keeping race at the forefront of the news allow Obama’s supporters to blame all the numerous President’s failing on his race, not on the real reason: His ineptitude!

Syria: US “Boots on the Ground,” will be required…

13 Oct

After listening to some of the discussion about Syria, especially questions regarding United States involvement, I found it necessary to add a few points.
Let me start by suggesting that there will likely be nearly four million refugees “dumped” on the region before there is an end to the conflict; most alarming is the fact that most of the displaced Syrians will not have a home to return to.
While continuing to grow, the humanitarian crisis in Syria will dwarf the one dealing with the Palestinian refugee issue. Since there are numerous Palestinian refugees in the same region the problems will build on one another and would likely become chaotic. Since most Palestinians originally came from Syria, one can witness first hand, the Arab conflicting, and violent nature. The “Levantine” natures that people in the West are unaccustomed to. Lack of understanding of the culture, and need of the people, could, and likely will contribute to major chaos, and a true humanitarian crisis, second to none.
Volumes can be written on is this very important situation, this it not the place for that. A few highlights should bring attention to critical issues.
Neither Jordan, nor Lebanon can absorb the number of refugees that will enter during the conflict. Both countries, with numerous unwanted Palestinian refugees, people ready to rebel at any time, are unstable and ripe for revolutions of their own.
In the case of Lebanon, there is also the issue of Hezbollah. The terrorist group that Hezbollah is, has sided with Assad, Iran, and Russia in the Syrian conflict. If that side wins, Hezbollah will likely take over Lebanon, putting Iranian forces on Israel’s border. Not only that, the large Christian population of Lebanon, would be put in serious jeopardy.
If the rebels win, Syria would likely become a radical Sunni nation, and from the start it will include an al Qaeda element.
Turkey is trying to close its borders, it has serious economic problems of its own, and additional refugees could simply break its [economic] back. Turkey has another major issue, which is exacerbated by the Syrian conflict; it has to do with the Armenians, and the territory they occupy. The Armenian could do nothing but grow; it should once and for all force a sovereign Armenian nation to evolve.
The Syrian conflict, mostly in Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, and in a small way Jordan, has a Christian minority element to consider. The Christian issue will grow in the region, it will, of course, include Egypt, Christians will only remain safe in Israel, and their number in that country is relatively small.
As to changes in the regional geography, in addition to a sovereign Armenia that will include Turkish, Iraqi, and Syrian territory, one can count on the Golan remaining as part of Israel.
For this post I decided to stay away from the Israeli Palestinian issue, since it does not seem to have a clear destiny, even though resolution of the Syrian rebellion will likely influence its outcome.
Finally, and most importantly. I am not clairvoyant, but with enough insight and many years experience, let me suggest that for Syria’s chemicals to be removed, United States boots will be on Syrian land. After the chemicals are removed, and US troops leave, the Syrian bloody bath will continue, and whoever remains standing will NOT be a close ally of the United States, but will govern whatever Syria emerges…

Another Obama Capitulation: Boots on Syrian ground…

“Obama the Divertor,” a fitting moniker, isn’t it?

5 Oct

Since the way President Obama governs resembls that of a monarch, and monarchs nearly always are dabbed by a “moniker” to describe their strength; wouldn’t “The Divertor,” fit the POTUS?
The President seemed to silence the world, and US press 24/7 coverage of his “Septmember disaster” when he made a fool of himself, and disgraced the nation by his dealing with his Syria redline, with Putin, and with the Iran snubbing of the United States, by letting the United States Government shutdown; it stopped any talk of his humiliation.
Adding one diversion to another, the President decided to give a controvercial opinion about football:
To me and to most people I know, naming a national institution (and NFL teams are, after all, national institutions,) after a respected group of American should be an honor, not a disgrace. If a “sizable group of people is offended,” unless it is a majority, it should learn to accept it. For example, “a sizable group of people,” a group much larger than to that opposes the name “Redskins,” is offended by America’s President name being Hussein, Should that signal to Obama that he should officially drop that part of his name?
The United States is a mature enough nation that it can deal with “political incorrectness,” for example should some profiling keep the American public safe, it should be used by law enforcement.
President Obama has serious issues on his plate, his shameless behavior in dealing with Syria, and Iran, and, of course, the budget and the Government shutdown, that he needs to focus on. President Obama should focus his job and stay away from diversion that are out of place in face of the urgent National problems…

The Obama foreign policy disaster…

3 Oct

Obama’s horrible foreign policy which is now in the background due to the US Government shutdown, has many causes, there are, however, two (actually many more) significant issues. Starting with Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State, and then Obama obviously being intimidated by Islam. Hillary Clinton, a politician unable to become diplomat (let alone a statesperson,) was more concerned with image than content. Mrs. Clinton, perhaps with a shove from President Obama, misread the Islamic World one and once again. For example, “leading from behind,” at Arab Springs, was a monumental blunder, it essentially sent out two signals: One, that for Muslims the Obama Administration is easy to fool; after all they were able to get the Americans to accept Arab Springs as a move towards democratization while it was clearly design to advance Sharia law in North African, and the region. Hillary Clinton’s second major blunder was to call Bashar Assad a “true reformer,” and deciding that the United States should not help the rebellion in Syria. St the onset, when the rebels had the edge of surprise United States might well have resulted in a quick end to Assad, but its policy allowed Assad’s regime to get shored up by Russia, and Iran; the results are what we now observe.
Then there is President obvious direct intimidation of Islam. The President awful displays in September 2013 are disgraceful and will remain a part of his legacy forever. Starting with an urgent call by John Kerry to punish Syria for crossing President Obama’s redline, which was rescinded by the President the following day when he suggested that he wanted to give Congress to give him authorization (that he said he did not need) to attack Assad, it was followed by Vladimir Putin embarrassing the President by simply shoving the American President out of the way and taking over the Syrian “peace negotiations…”
The Syria fiasco was followed by an astonishing display of amateurism by President Obama at the United Nations General Assembly. Inviting Iran’s President, and “second in command,” to meet, or at least to shake hands was a display of ignorance. The President lack of perspective was met head on with a snub by the Iranian. The rejection was so outrageous it was made in a television interview.
Present Obama did not give up at that point; he sent Rouhani a present of a very valuable Persian artifice, and a phone call to congratulate the Iranian on his election, and to offer future dialogue. The United States Press which cow-tows to the President described the phone call as thawing of relationship with Iran to only have Iran’s Supreme Leader the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei reject the notion as nonsense.
Non-Islamic international relations also suffered under President Obama and Hillary Clinton’s tenure at State. When President Obama took office the United States was not like around the world. George W. Bush made America appear to be a bully, not one to like, but one to respect, and one to fear. Under the Obama/Clinton doctrine the United States became more liked, but it lost respect by most under nation. The lack of respect is ramped as was made obvious by the rejection of US requests to extradite Snowden, and many other acts by “friendly,” nations. It is quite clear the United States relations with friendly and other nations declined under the Clinton Administration. Relations clearly declined with: Russia, Israel, Poland, Egypt, China, and many others. Lack of “loyalty,” and not standing behind previous commitments clearly contributed to United States declining relations.
Let me suggest that I think that the United States foundation is sound and that the two-hundred and some odd year experiment in [Jeffersonian] democracy is not failing but is on a hiatus from it march forward, and it will recover from the damage caused by the ill-fated, and poorly implemented Obama Administration.
