Putin v Obama tantamount to David v Goliath; physical stature does not matter!

“Move that wall, Mr. Gorbachev, move that wall!” United States President Reagan said to Chairman Gorbachev of the USSR. “Move that wall,” he said; not please move the wall, but: “Move that wall!”

“Please Mr. Putin, why don’t you treat me as an equal? Why don’t you please stop helping Syria’s President Assad, please…?” Said Barak Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America, to Vladimir Putin of Russia, he went begging on June 18, 2012, in Mexico.

Body language, demeanor, and results of the Putin Obama discussions in Mexico, resembled the results of the confrontation between the very much smaller David when confronting the much larger Goliath.

In spite of his athletic stature, his height, especially when comparing it to Russia’s Vladimir Putin, President Barak Hussein Obama does not seem to be able to hold his own with 2012 world leaders. When confronting Russia’s Putin about Syria, the small Russian simply dismissed the much lager American, and vowed to continue to support his client, Bashar Assad.

In spite of President Obama’s athletic and imposing physiques, the American President seems to be mocked by smaller leaders such as Putin, and, the obnoxious leader of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. In spite of Obama’s oratory skills, and his charisma, the young American President, after a short-lived improvement of US international relations, have retarded the United States international image so it is now in one of its lowest ebb in history.

The Obama Putin meeting in Mexico, a meeting that did not help improve the situation in Syria, while projecting an inferior image of Obama, and the US that he represents, could signal that it is time for President Obama to relinquish his Presidency and allow a more qualified person take over the job
